This sublime scene was rudely interrupted with puffing, hissing, back leg scratching, and a few random gallups around the house howling. Tater was not interested and remained drama free and sound asleep. Cuddling is rare and shortlived. The girls generally keep to themselves with the exception of Millie who drives Tater insane by insisting that Tater is her mother and must attend to her needs at all times. She will not leave the spudded one alone and Tater wimpers and tries to tell her to back off. Sometimes a nip or snarl is her only defense. Lolo is a brawler and a deep gurgling howler. The hair on your arms stands up when Lolo shrieks. Zola is in the bath tub reclining. She does sneak attacks on the older sisters as they pass by dark shadows.
It's really great when some of your best friends are also your family. We have a great time with ours and I hope you do with yours. Many of these guys are musicians and it's always great to sit around and listen after the little ones have fallen off to sleep. The big kids break out their toys and the real fun begins. Singers and songwriters get together and a jam session is sure to break out. It's the kids that are the musicians and us old folk just sit back and let the kids be kids. What great kids they are. Hope your Halloween is full of fun and family. Ours was perfect. Vanderbilt lost to Duke but a big shout out to Amy H. and Lauri who's Michigan State Green and White beat Big Blue Michigan! Zola's Dawgs beat MTSU so that means they have played three Tennessee teams in a row. They won two of three. Way too much Cowbell in Tennessee! Go Dawgs!
Lolo is named after the wife of the founder of Alcoholics Anonymous Lois Wilson. Kevin and I met at an AA meeting.

I am getting very attached to the Obamas. Once I got over myself and really just started seeing them for who they really are I have been enamored by them and can't wait to see how our country will benefit from having them to look to in our big house in Washington. I want these real people to be given every chance to do the best they can for all of us. I am happy that these two people who beat so many odds stand a very good chance of cleaning up our image all over the world. It's going to be hard on them because the office is hard on everybody. I even feel sorry for the ones I don't like but I will feel even more sympathy for these two because I like them so much.
This is what real Americans look like. This is what they are made of. This is what we all aspire to be. Good people.
There is a show on the BBC that airs Sundays at 9:00. It's about kids and it stars kids and they write some of the stories. If nothing else it is a break from Reality TV. I have been getting sick of it because they can turn anything into a show. If you get a chance to watch it I think you will enjoy it. A little crazy. A little naughty. But totally unlike everything else and that makes it perfect. It's different and it compells you to watch it. I give it 3 tossers and a wanker!
Maybe it's because they don't whitewash everything that it is so good. They definately don't allow young people to be portrayed realistically on American TV. This truly reminds me much more of my own anxious teen years than any show on here. It doesn't have to g o through the Christian filter to make it on TV in England. Watch it and let me know what you think. They usually have two episodes on back to back and I swear there are always surprises.
I had no idea how popular it is worldwide so everybody has already probably seen it. If not then please watch.
Glad they were careful when naming it. The other alternative would have been the Pedi-file,lol. We are trying one. Nail cutting is a blood bath in our house and lots of stress surrounds nail day. Bath day good. Nail day baaaaaaaad!
Last night Lolo jumped up and ran across the bathroom and under the tub. When she came out she had a mouse in her mouth and the tail was hanging down. I yelled at her and both she and the mouse looked at me. She must have been gumming it because she set it down and it walked away gingerly and ran out the laundry room dryer vent. I couldn't believe the mouse was more scared of my yelling than it was of being in killer's mouth. I would guess that after I go to bed there are probably about 30 of them sitting around the dog and cat dishes in the kitchen eating with the pets while I am tucked safely in bed. Tater is getting a spa treatment in a few minutes. Sulfer shampoo and Lavender scented conditioner. She has very bad skin allergies and it will make her more comfy.
