Vanderbilt Homecoming more fizzle than sizzle but a good time
We lost in the last two seconds of the game. Poop! We were ahead and in the last minute fumbled and the Georgia Bulldogs mopped the floor with us and beat us by a Field Goal. We had a great time though and thought we were going to win so we enjoyed the entire game until our jaws dropped in the last three seconds. It was Homecoming so tons of filthy rich Alumni were on hand celebrating themselves and Vanderbilt University.
One of my students leads the marching band and it is always great to see her on the field.
These kids sit next to us and they spend a good deal of time running back and forth eating and pissing us off because we have to keep letting them through. The Alumni collected 38 million dollars so that should tell you a little about my school. Our former star quarterback Jay Cutler came for Homecoming even though he has a game in Denver tomorrow. He is the Bronco's Quarterback so it was a big thrill to have him come home to celebrate. It would have been better if we won though, lol. One of the highlights for me was this drunk girl from Georgia who was wearing a red dress. A thong also I am guessing because every time she stood up to bark for the Bulldogs her dress was creased up her ass and all the Vandy Lady Alum sitting near us were roaring at the tart from Georgia who had her dress stuck in her crack. She was too drunk to notice and too young to give a shit but I certainly laughed quite a bit. We had a good time but came home and Zola had locked herself upstairs in the bedroom. We thought we had a prowler. It was televised on ESPN because it was an SEC game. So of course we lost on TV.

Anyway, I'm amazed that UTK didn't wipe the floor with us this afternoon! But you probably saw all the texts I was sending Kevin, lol.
You have your very own ring on Kevin's phone and we always know when you are sending a message. He didn't get the one about "their mama's".
You guys held your own. UGA wasn't too bad.Not like Bama or even UT last year. It sucks when UT comes here because most Vandy fans are even bigger UT fans. We haven't seen the Hogs for a while but I know they can be nasty. Our schedule is tough from here out except Wake Forest and Miami at Ohio we have Kentucky, Florida, South Carolina and UT. Another season without a Bowl Game it's starting to seem.
We might go to a minor bowl...if we're lucky...(that is, if Croom keeps Carroll on the starting lineup instead of Henig!)
