Actually, I didn't vote for Obama. I thought it was riddicolous for him to say he would talk to Iran, North Korea, and Cuba ; not to mention, invading Pakistan, but if all you can do is call him is a liar and a crook you're not very original. Oh fuzzy Zolar is that jealous golfer who felt he had to refer to Tiger Woods as that little boy, but that's just par for the course. I never said all whites were racist, I was talking about certain people who when anyone black does anything that go Imus or Rush. The truth does hurt.
I appologize for being a part of the religious right for years. You know the people who brought you Tom ' forced abortion in Saipan' Delay. Where was all the outrage and truth then? People are very funny what they get angry about, which does lead one to believe people really pick and chose who and what they are so ''truthful' and angry about. People have such a fragmented sense of outrage. Obama the next Hitler, but it was okay for James Dobson and Michael Savage to try to justify Mark Foley. People just go into a rain dance denial ritual when their politicians get caught. We rep. had the house, senate, and the pres. and ran the govt., espec. the justice dept. like the mafia., it wasn't just the war why they got booted out. Both sides are so corrupt. They all do it in their Jesus' name.
Nelson,
You need to set up a profile and start posting what you feel on your own Vox account. Start adding people to your neighborhood and find people with the same views as yourself. It will do you no good to hide who you are and then just drop into other people's Voxes and make inflamatory remarks. I post how I feel here because it it my blog. You can do the same on your blog. One of the reason's this works is because people are respectful of other peoples ideas. We post our ideas on our accounts and invite people to have an opinion on their's. It doesn't mean we all agree on everything. People do disagree on many things. But do so on your vox. This one has already been taken. Comment on what the person is talking about. You are responding to a post not creating your own on somebody else's page. If you want heated debate you will find it here but stick to what is being said rather than adding all kinds of things here. I don't remember writing about Tom Delay, James Dobson, Michael Savage or Fuzzy Zeller. I have written very nice things about Bayard Rustin, Coretta Scott King, MLK, Thelma Harper, Freda Player and many African Americans of distinction. I live on Rosa Parks Boulevard in a predominantly black neighborhood and write with fondness about it all the time. I write about my father's 48 year service to America and his Decorated Veteran status, his work building a national Monument to Submarine Veterns and his Military funeral with full honors last December. Write stories and ask for input. People here are good people, not biggots. They discuss things because you ask them to participate. They weigh in on issues because those issues are imoportant to them. But you have to let people know who you are and what you stand for and then you need to invite them to participate. Click on my neighborhood and look at how diverse the people are. There are no two people alike. That's how I like my world to be. If you just drop by other people's Voxes and leave heated messages nobody will participate in your discussions. You obviously have strong opinions. Invite people to share them by posting stories, photo's, and other things. Then get participation by discussing things with the people who take the time to visit. S you can see above from my pictures I very frequently just post stupid shit to give people a laugh. But it is also to laugh a bit myself. I don't turn my computer on in my home to be attacked by someone I don't know. If you want to add me as a neighbor feel free to. Write stories and ask for input. I am never at a loss for things to say.
