It goes a little deeper than working 2 hours on a Brief, doesn't it..........

Thank you for this, Myke.
I am trying to gather as much info as possible.
And this definitely helps! I shall go on gathering......
*shuffles off into the forest*
Lauri, You guys all know how I feel about politics. I just want the truth and I want a fair stake at an equal life. I have no choice but to pour over hours and hours of information because I only have so many years left to stand a chance at being an equal American citizen. I am not fighting for myself. I include every single American of any race, creed, gender or whatever else we divide ourselves into. I just don't think he has been tested and passed. If he is the nominee he will go through so much more than he is right now and he is not showing any signs of handling it well. Her stuff is all on the table and has been investigated and cleared. She has never been charged with anything that has not been refuted. Even knowing all this I would still vote for him if he is nominated. The only thing the Primary told me last night is that there is still huge racial divides in America. From both sides. One side calls it pride and history being made. The other side denies it exists. I have watched with great scrutiny 20 years of Hillary Clinton's actions, efforts, and works. I idolize her as a humanitarian above anything else. But then again, I voted for Jimmy Carter, lol. At Hillary's rally in Nashville last night I saw the brightest shiny faces of all colors of the rainbow. I saw tons of gay people and people of all economic classes and she brought down the house with her views and her desires to serve all of us. I took my week off from heavy stuff but I can't let this just slide. I actually believe that they are going relatively easy on him because they will be attacked for his misgivings by pointing them out. When you turn a 20 year relationship with somebody into a two hour brief I think it needs to be clarified by somebody. Why it has to be me I don't know. You would have never known she came in second last night. I have never seen one person be so attacked so universally by so many people at the same time. I could not handle it.
I agree. The attacks are ridiculous and unwarranted. AND, unfortunately "politics as usual".

That's why I so appreciate getting some of this extra information from you, and others on Vox to add to what little I am gleaning from the *ptooi* media.

Jimmy Carter was awesome as well.
Thanks for this post, DB. I'm not a U.S. voter, but Mr. IG is -- and right now he is leaning towards Obama because he doesn't think Clinton is electable. Every day that I spend with my coworkers -- regular Kentucky folks -- I see why he thinks that. It's completely irrational, but these folks will not vote for Hillary, no matter what. They can't give a better reason than they "don't want a Clinton dynasty" (the old argument about how Hillary is simply an extension of her husband) but when you point out that they've happily voted for a Bush three times, they just shrug. A Bush dynasty is just fine.

Do you think Hillary has a real chance?

The Beauty Pageant needs to be turned back into a Presidential Election.
THANK YOU!
In my lifetime I have never known more prosperity or peace of mind than when Bill Clinton was President. My bigger fear is "The Bradley effect". White people answering pollsters that they will vote for Obama and then voting for anybody who is white. It's the same group of people that won't vote for Hillary also. I do think she can win though. There is a huge black/brown divide. I know from personal experience that hispanic people, as a total generality (shameful but true) will not vote for a black candidate. Asian Americans have shown the same thing statistically. This isn't my opinion. It is totally fact based upon previous elections. It's very sad but also very true. It is also very statistically true and documented that southern blacks are part of the forefront in legislating against gay people. There are 35 million African Americans, 30 million gay Americans, 37 million Hispanic Americans, 12 million Jewish Americans,13 million Asian Americans, 4 million persons of mixed race and the rest are white. Of the 300 million Americans 56 percent are women. It is totally possible. It was Fundemental Christians who came out in support of Barack in Iowa primarily because they do not feel women should be in the workplace, let alone running the country. I wouldn't call that a huge victory, but a win never-the-less. This country is so fucked up and divided that I can't hardly think about living the rest of my days here. It's the Media bias against Hillary that is changing the face of the elections. I have seen compilation videos of her name being slammed as often as 100 tims in a single news day while the rest are scarcely mentioned. Yet nobody can give me an answer when I ask them why. Nobody. I get rhetoric and fast talking but never facts or statistics. It is a made up monster and most people are just too fucking stupid to be able to back up their own arguments. When I don't like something or somebody I at least know why. I am voting for the best candidate and hoping she will win. If not I can honestly say that I have had enough. I am not spending the rest of my life in a cesspool of inhumanity.
It took me 5 minues to uncover this while I had coffee this morning. It was not available yesterday, conveniently until after the polling places were closed. The thing that scares me the most is that he claims to have punched the wrong button no less than 6 times while voting for legislation. It changed the outcome of the votes. I'm not sure the guy with his finger on the "BUTTON" should be hitting the wrong one and apologizing for it afterwards. He deliberately chose to stand down on votes that would affect his electability and voted wrongly and said he did it by mistake to pay off favors but still maintain it was accidental. People keep comparing him to JFK. Do they remember JFK? He's famous for being assasinated, not for what he accomplished. While he was fucking Marilyn Monroe and handing her off to his brother for sloppy seconds all kinds of things went neglected. Including his wife and children. Another beauty pageant contestant elected for charisma rather than policy.
I hope he's not elected. There was really something about just his smile that didn't quite seem right...even less now that I read what you found.
We'll never know what kind of president JFK could have ended up being...that's the other thing. What JFK did was completely wrong (same with Clinton) but we will never know how things would have turned out in the end. None of them (Kennedy, Clinton or Obama) have an excuse for their actions. How they handle(d) the consequences shows what kind of people they really are
I agree. I am not a fan of disloyalty.

Hey DB, I read this yesterday and forgot to comment!!

This is really great information, I knew Obama had some shady funding (what candidate doesn't?), but I didn't know the details. Thanks for posting!!
Hey, it's not that he's any worse than anybody else. Shit, I've probably done worse things. I don't want to run the risk of a Republican winning.
Hey, it's not that he's any worse than anybody else.

I don't know Dancing Bear, you wouldn't be able to tell from the past few posts. LOL. You got me thinking I'm supporting Satan himself. I hope he has folks that are as passionate as you are for Hillary.

I have already stated that he will get my vote if she becomes ineligable. There is an equal chance for either to get my vote. President Romney holds no appeal for me. I know I have done worse things, lol. But I'm not running for President. I'm not sure I can take 350 more days of the Retarded One.

President Romney will spur a move on my part. LMAO
Thanks again for all the information you gather and share.

I must say I am still just as undecided as before. As silly as I sign, I still do not know what I think about Hilary. The whole thing that happened with Bill and his aide makes me wonder about her motives. If she stayed with him for the good of his and then her career, what will she do next 'for the good of her career'? will it be for the good of everyone? or just her?

This is something that bothers me. I guess I am going to have to do some research as you have done, so that I can get a better idea of why she stayed in that relationship (I do not believe in cheating, but I do believe in remorse and forgiveness). Maybe if I know more I will be able to resolve that part of my indecision.
I know that she protected her child while the world mocked her and chided her. I know she has donated her entire Publishing Royalties (tens of millions of dollars) to help children. I am pretty sure like most people you got to see what the press allowed us to see. She never ran and hid. She never got bitter and stopped doing good deeds. Power gives a person the chance to do more good things. She certainly doesn't need money. She's not perfect. But she has fought the good fight and left many people better off through her humanitarian work and also what she did for all the 911 workers and their families. She was my senator in New York. I never thought she would win but she got 80 percent of the vote in New York. Yankees don't vote for southerners, lol. He has done great community things also. Oh, and southerners definately don't vote for Yankees.
