It is legal in 40 states to deny "gay " partners any information about the medical or legal condition of their partner. Generally when a person dies their "next of kin" are notified. The News Media gnerally wait for confirmation that they have been notified. Unless you are gay. Then the News Media can broadcast whatever they want to because legally you have no leg to stand on. But if it weren't for the News this poor guy wouldn't have found out that his partner was dead because he wasn't "family". The airport refused any information when he called. He felt something may have been up so he called the airport and gave the plane ID number. They told him there had been an incident but they could not tell him what because he was not family. Florida seems to be a popular place to deny people humanity.
